From the Kitchen of Joe Szelesta
1 can (about 12 oz. can) Artichoke Hearts - chop them up
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (best to grate your own from a brick)
1 cup mayo or 1/2 cup cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream
Mix together, put in shallow casserole dish (i.e., surface area is key here - the dip should be no more than an inch or so deep. Bake @ 350 F for 10 - 20 minutes, until cheese melts and the top is golden brown. Best served with any non-saltine type crackers like Ritz, Triscuits, etc.
