8 cups Cake Flour
6 cups Sugar
1/4 cup Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 cup Vegetable Shortening

In a large bowl, sift together cake flour, sugar, baking powder and
salt; mix well. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until the
mixture is as fine as cornmeal. Store in a large airtight container
in a cool dry place. Note: Use within 10 to 12 weeks.

Makes approximately 16 cups of cake mix.
