From the Kitchen of Michael Murphy

4 c chopped tomatoes after draining liquid off

1 c chopped hot peppers ( c at time )

2 c chopped sweet peppers

2 c chopped onions

2 tsp salt or to taste

to c sugar ( to start )

to c apple cider vinegar

5 to 8 medium cloves garlic ( chopped fine )

to c chopped parsley or cilantro

6 to 12 oz tomato paste ( 6 to start ) Check consistency

Bring mixture to boil and either can or let cool and eat.

Makes about 10 Cups
