AUNT MARY'S HAMBURGER PIE

1 cup chopped onion

1 pound hamburger

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup cottage cheese

cup sour cream

teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons catsup or chili sauce

2 beaten eggs

dash paprika

chopped parsley or chives

2 tablespoons of flour

1 9" or 10" pie crust (unbaked)

 

Cook onions and beef in butter, drain. Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and flour. Turn into pie shell. Blend cottage cheese, eggs and sour cream and pour over meat Bake at 350 30 to 40 minutes, sprinkle with parsley or chives.
